Nusantara Office Fit-Out
Challenge:
Nusantara needed mezzanine-level structural steel added inside an existing commercial shell to create additional usable floor space — without disrupting the building's existing occupants below.
Materials:
Mezzanine steel framing, bolted connections (reduced on-site welding for noise control), steel decking
Approach:
We engineered a mezzanine steel frame that tied into the existing structure's load points, then fabricated and installed in low-noise phases scheduled around the building's operating hours.
