Ardenta Tower
Challenge:
PT. Semesta Development needed the structural steel frame for a 22-floor mixed-use tower completed without disrupting the tight downtown Jakarta site access. Crane time and street closures were limited to overnight windows.
Materials:
High-tensile structural steel beams, moment-resisting steel connections, seismic-rated bracing
Approach:
We pre-fabricated frame sections off-site to reduce on-site welding time, then scheduled installation in overnight shifts coordinated with the city's street-closure permits. Engineering validated every connection for the tower's seismic load requirements before fabrication began.
